My consulting work blends systems thinking, relational practice, and anti-oppressive frameworks with a deep focus on LGBTQIA+, and especially transgender, equity. I help organizations strengthen their capacity to provide affirming care, create inclusive policies, and cultivate cultures where all identities are respected and supported.

Whether we’re examining policies, strengthening supervision structures, or reimagining team culture, my goal is to help organizations move from intention to action—creating environments that are equitable, grounded, and responsive to the people they serve.

I offer consultation in areas such as gender-affirming practice and clinical practice policies, equity audits, supervision and leadership development, team facilitation, and organizational strategy.
