I offer consultation for clinicians, organizations, and community groups interested in integrating queer-affirming, decolonial, and anti-oppressive frameworks into their practice, programs, and systems.

Individual Therapy :
$225 for 75-minute intake appointment, $150 for 55-minute individual session
Group Therapy (60 minutes) :
$60 per person (intake appointment required)
Gender-Affirming Care Letters :
$225 per 90-minute WPATH-informed, values-aligned assessments that affirm your autonomy and support your transition goals.
A limited number of sliding-scale spots are available for clients experiencing financial barriers, prioritizing queer and trans clients, BIPOC clients, and those impacted by systemic marginalization.

I hold your session time specifically for you.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a cancellation fee of $75, except in cases of emergency or illness. -

Payment & Insurance
I am in the process of paneling with Aetna, Cigna, Regence BCBS, Moda, United Healthcare, and OHP-IHN. Clients with these plans have the option for private pay until my contracts are finalized. I am also happy to provide superbills for anyone that would like to utilize their out-of-network benefits.
Payment is due at the time of each session and can be made via secure online payment.I encourage you to check with your insurance provider to learn whether they reimburse for out-of-network mental health services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the cost of therapy, supervision, or consultation services before you begin. This estimate helps prevent unexpected bills and gives you clear information about your financial responsibility.
If your final bill exceeds your Good Faith Estimate by $400 or more, you have the right to dispute the charge. You can learn more here: www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
